Share your summer care tips for Pregnant Ladies/Women during summer season...

You might had got many tips, advices, suggestions etc from mom, grannies, relatives and neighborhoods that what you should do or don't do during summer.

Hello anu...

Your suggestion is very good. It is adviced not to go out in summer. They will lose their energy soon and will feel very tired. So it is better to stay indoor in summer.

Some Tips for pregnant women from my side.

Drink plenty of water everyday.
Always wear loose and comfortable cotton clothes.
Drink fresh and healthy fruit juices daily.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables like carrot, cucumber etc.
Minimize your salt intake to decrease swelling.
Avoid spicy, fried, oily and heat producing foods.
Drink buttermilk to reduce your body hear.
Watermelon and muskmelon are helps to reduce your body heat. so include this in your diet.
Do some pregnancy exercises and meditation to calm your body and mind.
Use light weight sandals which allow to the foot to breathe.
Keep your bed sheets, covers, pillow covers in Cotton. Dont use any heat producing cloths in your bedroom.
Also take rest as much you can.
