2. Preparation for simple but effective and powerful impact begins at 10 pm at night. Sit on the bed with back straight, palms facing upwards resting on the knees. Give command to your mind to erase all the useless thoughts and word's energies from the brain cells.

3. Avoid any chat, phone calls, music and TV both before and after the meditation process.

Within few minutes you will feel these negative energies leaving your body making it lighter. Meditation itself decides about the usefulness of the thoughts. After 30 minutes you will feel sleepy and silently go to sleep.

4. Due to auto-cleaned brain you will get up during early hours in the morning. Freshen up if necessary and splash your eyes and rinse your mouth and rub your teeth thrice with water only. Sit in the same posture as described earlier.

5. In complete silence zone close your eyes and try to listen to the voice of silence through the inner ears, feel the silence through heart and see the silence through the inner vision with closed eyelids.

6. Pay attention to the breathing speed in your nostrils during the releasing cycle of minutes. Now get up and follow your daily schedule. After 30 minutes you will observe some invisible energies leaving through open palms from top of the head, through ears, through soles of the feet.

7. Till you leave for work and for those who stay at home you should try to follow the important 'Don'ts' which are- perform all your activities silently for minimum two hours, with minimum speech. If possible, play some soft music or ghazals in the background which does not have loud sound.
