  • Massage your foot with coconut oil or olive oil for 10-15 mins before you go to bed.
  • Try to finish your dinner early, there should be 2 hrs time gap between dinner and sleep.
  • Have hot milk when you feel sleepy.
  • Fry poppy seeds (Kasakasa) for a min in a pan, smell them and eat slowly.
  • Do not have plenty of water after 7pm.
