8. Brussels sprouts

9. Broccoli

Broccolis, a storehouse of antioxidants, can be ranked top among the vegetables that fight diseases. They help in fighting rectal, lungs and stomach cancers. Due to the presence of Vitamin C, Folate and beta-carotene it also helps us by providing immunity against cold and flu.

10. Tomatoes

Tomatoes have cancer-defending property as they have lycopene and red orbs. Additionally they have Vitamin A and Vitamin K which keeps your blood pressure under control.
