Well some people are really foodie and they eat everything thinking that what possible food can be unhealthy for you.

Here is list of few foods that you might have considered them healthy all your life but they are not.


Fruit Juices

Well a fruit juice can’t replace fruit itself. Fruit juices are pumped in with extra amount of sugar apart from removing excess pulp. The pulp is fruits fiber to balance the sugar level in fruits. So have fruits and not juice.

Soya Sauce


Well if you are a soy sauce lover, this might be a party popper for you. Soy sauce although containing antioxidants in a very little amount but they come along with high level of salts and chemicals that are unhealthy.

Peanuts


Nuts are healthy with vitamins and fiber in them, especially for the people living in northern regions; they can keep you warm in winter. Peanuts may not be as good as other nuts as they come in packs with unhealthy fat and salt treated.

Diet Soda

Very controversial but it is believed that diet soda actually contains more sugar than normal soda. Some theories suggest that diet soda stimulates you to eat more and giving you considerable weight gain.

Processed Cheese



It is a common notion that cheese is not good for health; imagine what it can do to your body after being processed and with the addition of all those chemicals.

Ketchup


Well we all know tomatoes are healthy and fight depression but ketchup can’t replace them. It contains a lot of sugar and salt that are unhealthy for your body. Although tomatoes contain lycopene but after being processed the amount of lycopene is reduced to the very insignificant level.

Vegetable Oils

Well when it comes to vegetable we think that everything related to vegetables is good. Especially when it comes to oil, it is actually overrated. Vegetable oil, especially palm oil is used in fast food restaurants. If they are using good oil then why the food is unhealthy for you. Point to ponder!

Soup Mix

Overrated as a cure for flu and many other illnesses, soup is nothing but a green powder, some preservation and salts in it. Salt is added to increase the taste of soup. You should be aware that salt causes high blood pressure; it has to excrete through the kidneys and excess of salt will result in high pressure in your blood vessels resulting in high blood pressure.

White Bread


Most people think that all bread is good for them, but believe me white bread is not. This is pasta in the shape of bread and nothing all. You might think of reducing the consumption of white bread now.
