Use Garlic to Lower High Blood Pressure

Raw garlic: To get benefits of garlic to reduce hypertension, eat 2-3 raw garlic cloves in morning with the empty stomach. This remedy is not advisable for those people, who are suffering from the acidity, heartburn, ulcers problems as it will make the problems worst.

Garlic tea: If you are patient of hypertension and also suffering from the acidity, heartburn, ulcers health problems; then you can add garlic in your morning tea. Boil tea leaves and 2-3 garlic cloves in water with little sugar and consume it daily to control your blood pressure naturally with garlic.

Garlic supplements: One who can not bear strong smell and taste of garlic can use various garlic supplements available in market. It will also help you a lot for reducing the high blood pressure.

Garlic powder or garlic oil: Powder of dried garlic or garlic oil is also useful to cure problem of hypertension. One can take one spoon full garlic powder in morning at empty stomach with water or it is good to include garlic oil in their meal.

Chopped garlic cloves: When you wake up in the morning, take half tea spoon of garlic with warm water at empty stomach or chop two garlic cloves and swallow it with warm water to get its benefits to control your hypertension.

Garlic clove and milk: Soak 2-3 garlic cloves in milk with only small amount of milk enough that cloves get sink. Leave garlic cloves in milk for 1-2 hours, then chew cloves or swallow them to get its anti-hypertension properties.
