This slender perennial creeper found throughout tropical regions of the world. In shallow waters the plant puts floating roots and the leaves rest on the top. In dry locations it puts out numerous roots and the leaves are thin and small

Centella asiatica, also known as ‘Vallarai’ in South India, belongs to the family of herbs that help in maintaining youthful vigour and strength, reveals Charaka, the foremost exponent of Ayurveda.

The indigenous Siddha system of medicine recognizes Vallarai as ‘Kaya Kalpa' or ‘elixirs of life'
It is highly recommended as a de-worming agent
It activates fast growth of your hair, skin and even nails.

The herb has potentials to improve I.Q. among children. It is also recommended for mentally retarded children.

Thanks for the tip, i have found that Sleeplessness is caused due to various reasons such as stress, bad food habit, etc.,. Too much of sleep during the day time can make you go insomniac at night.
