I am silent reader of penmai, today registered to get a friend who is also trying to losing weight.

i tried weight loss for so many time but getting disappointed and demotivated.. so today registered here to get a motivating friend who is sailing in the same boat as me to lose weight.

my height is 162 cm and my current weight is 72 kg need to reduce, atleast 10 kg.

pls reply me.. here who is trying to lose weight. lets discuss our food menu exercise schedule etc.

Dear rithikasundar, your worry is correct and you need to reduce your weight. For that so many threads are available in penmai. Having read and followed also your weight is not coming down. that means you are following the suggestions meticulously. Reducing 10 Kg is not at all a matter of concern. Our Penmai Super Moderator Parasakthi recently started one thread on the subject. It starts with Cabbage Juice for the first day and so on. Please try that. it is 100% guaranteed if you follow Parasakthi's tips your weight will get reduced and you will be happy. Be happy and cheerful now itself and start. thanks and all the best

me too trying for weight losss.. rithika.. pleaz share your tips and ideas you are following to lose weight. it will be helpful for me. bcoz i am also trying for weight loss for the past 3 years.. need to reduce 15 kgs.

i am also in the same boat. myheight is 162cm, wt is 62.5kg. i am trying to reduce around 5kg for the past 10yrs with variety of diet plans and exercise. even i have tried this GM diet long time back. after completing the diet plan, i am overeating. now i am serious about this weight reduction. shall we discuss about our calorie intake and exercise schedule periodically. if anybody cares to join us pls come

hi rithika happy to hear from you. i didnt consult any dietician. with 10 yrs of experience to reduce weight i have read many articles, journals etc. problem with me is i am not consistent in my dieting. after reducing around 3kg, i eat normally or slightly higher quantity. if we discuss our diet plans and our rate of weight reduction, we may suceed.

Hi Rithika,

I am 5'2" tall and weigh around 72 kgs.I need to lose around 15 kgs.I was looking for a weight loss buddy.Thanks for creating this thread.
I need motivation and real support from you .I will provide the same support and help.
my the end of Jan 2013 I plan to lose 4 kgs and reduce my weight to 68 kgs.
My diet : I do not have a specific plan as such.Just avoiding all kinds of sweets and fried food and watching on the quantity on food intake.

Exercise: Walk for atleast 30 minutes everyday and so some stretches
Starting from tomorrow I post my actual diet and weight everyday.
Do u post your weight and diet everyday or weekly basis?
