1. Never skip a meal

I get many questions on whether fasting during a festive occasion or fasting for a few days would help weight loss. At that moment, I am prompted to ask them "why do you want to lose weight? To stay healthy or to fall sick?" Neither starving nor low calorie diets help to lose weight. By dong so you lose health. Losing muscle mass the first danger of going for a fad diet. 2. Don't get fooled by nutritional supplements

You should be more or less getting all that your body needs through your staple diet. Weight loss products are risky as some act as diuretics leading to severe water loss and dehydration. 100% natural doesn't mean 100% safe!
