Squats
Keep the legs apart. Bend slightly from the knees as if you are sitting on a chair. By bending the knees all pressure gets shifted to the thighs. Put all your weight on the knees so that you can feel pressure on your toes. Squatting helps to reduce fats stored in the thighs.

Push-ups
Lie down on any flat surface in face down position. Put all your body weight on your palms placed tightly on the surface, beside your shoulders. Now start pushing the body up and down gradually. Slowly increase the no. of push ups. Push ups are the most effecting way of burning the body weight. It is best suited for fat stores near the belly area.

Bicycle exercise


Bicycle exercise is a very good way to reduce fat from lower abdomen. For this, lie straight on the ground with both the hands lying at the back of the head. Now fold the knees and try to hold the knees as close as possible to your chest. Shoulders also get stretched when you attempt to touch the knees. Try to touch your right knee with your left elbow. Repeat this for left knee. This exercise will help girls to lose weight fast and easily.

We all know that the men and women do not have the similar physical structure. Similarly this applies to the exercises we do. The exercises are not the same for the men and women. It is mostly observed that women usually have fat around the hips and thighs. On the other hand, most men gain weight at the middle portion of their body. Female exercises are intended not only to reduce weight but also toning up their physique.
