hello friends my age 28. height is 155cm. but my weight is 68 and i am looking fatty. pls help me to reduce my weight. what are all the food items that i can take for losing my weight.

Hi,

You can eat fruits and vegetables. You can take apples, it helps to reduce the fats. Also, you can take almonds it reduces the bad cholestrol. Oats is also one of the main food that reduces the fat.

Apart from this you have to do little exercise to reduce your weight. It may take some time to reduce the weight but be strict in your diet.

Avoid coffee instead you can take green tea.

These are the things i followed to reduce my weight after pregnancy from 83kg to 68kg.

Avocados
Broccoli
Brown rice
Pears
Kidney beans
Almonds
Green tea
Lentils
Bananas
Oranges
White beans
Low-fat milk
Cabbage
Potatoes
