Hi Good Afternoon,

I am wisteria.

I start this thread for motivate and support to reduce weight and also maintain the weight.
Today i start my weight loss plan.
current weight -80kg
Target weight -75kg within 60 days. (oct 21 to dec 19)
Reduce 5kgs.

This is my first schedule.
my goal is 65.

who are interested share your views and also motivate together.
share your daily food items and exercise.

i shall be post my food items and exercise everyday.

Welcome, & I am with u, for losing my weight.
Weight 79kg, my tgt is 75 in 1 month, with strict dieting( I dieting started yesterday only) I exercised a lot regularly for the past 4 months, but it is of no use without dieting it seems. I am 162 cms, so weight should be 60-63 kg ideal as per my doc. Will see how it hsapes out!!
My breakfast is 2 slice bread(dry roasted) with 1 cucumber, and black tea/lemon tea.
