Hi Friends...

For weight loss, which exercise is best one... GYM or YOGA? My friends told me gym is not good for womans... anybody could tell me...Thanks..

Yeah...if u are planning to go for gym you have to go regularly.and e cant do heavy exercise during periods...But in yoga we have breathing exercises too...we can do that on those days

hi jeya.....

as per my opinion Yoga is best................v can do home itself at anytime.........it s good for health not at all weight loss... it maintains blood pressure,diabetes,and also it gives strength to our body......... it is easiest one when compared to gym.........
