Diet is one of the best ways to lose weight is to eat right food at the right time, good carbs such as beans, vegetables, fruits and many more are really effective in determining healthy weight loss. Taking the wrong type of carbohydrates without doubt weight loss goals impossible. Stay away from sugars and other bad carbs will help you a lot.

For gain weight fast, the best way to change your eating habits. Eat fruits and vegetables more and eat more protein. Nuts are a very convenient and a healthy snack. Eat very healthy breakfast regularly and do exercise. I think fast weight gain capsules are also useful.and try to void junk food.Junk food is not good for health Because It have too much oil, too much salt, too much sugar and too much fat. We try to avoid take The Junk Food.In the Junk Food There are So Much Citric Acid in this.

When reducing body weight, dietary change is more important than exercise in the short term (about the first six months). Exercise alone results in a very small change in weight over the same period.
To maintain weight loss over the long term, the combination of diet + exercise is better than diet alone.

Exercise does help in the short term, but it’s more important for long term maintenance of weight loss. Think of it as a way to improve your health and function, reduce risk of injury and disease, and as a moderate (but necessary) adjunct to weight management.

Diet & Exercise are important factors in weight loss. Heavy diet, oily food full of fat increase weight. Eat light & simple food. Take plenty of raw vegetables & fibrous fruits. It increases metabolism & makes digestion faster which helps in losing weight. Drink warm water with lemon juice in it in early morning empty stomach. Never drink cold water with meal & water should not be taken for one hour after having food, it stores food in intestines & cause acidity problem.

Hi friends,

Sharing few tips here.

Try drinking Oatmeal with non fat yogurt either for breakfast or lunch or dinner (once a day)
2 Chapattis with veg and Dal. (one meal)
Try to eat brown rice (if possible), It is good with Moor kulambu or any kurma
(one meal) and add some fruit salad too.
Eat a small banana or apple in b/w breakfast and lunch
Green tea/Black tea with suger supplement after lunch
evening snack - Dry roasted peanut or fresh almonds or backed items (not sweets or potato).

Try to be active, don't use vehicle if the place is mile away , try to walk. If you have kids, play with them. they exhaust you like anything.

Try to minimize the sweets intake . I always run 2 miles if i continuously eat sweets for 2 days :)
