My vote goes to Rice bran oil which is taken from the husk of rice grains. It contains more amount of oryzanol and vitamin E.

sesame oil is the best. as olive oil has little sodium in it... but sesame oil has no sodium,no cholestrol. Olive oil should be virgin or extravirgin. If it is, then it is very expensive.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is the most commonly found cooking oil and is used in a number of recipes. It can be used for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, as well as soaps and fuel. It is extracted from olives which means its taste is exceptional and is preferred by most people. Along with its great taste, olive oil has the benefit of reducing blood pressure, reducing your level of LDL (or “bad”) cholesterol, and it’s great for your heart.

However, there are a few downsides to olive oil. Processed olive oil can negate some of the oil’s natural benefits. When shopping for olive oil it is important to look for “virgin” or “extra virgin” olive oil, because that shows that the olive oil you are purchasing was not processed and will therefore be healthier for you to add to your dish.

Sesame Oil

Sesame oil derives from Asia and was originally used for endless amounts of medicines, healing treatments and traditional massages. Sesame oil is hailed highly for not only adding flavor to most Chinese, Korean, and Southeast Asian cuisines, but for also being a healthy choice among most cooking oils. As the name implies, sesame oil comes from sesame seeds, which are nutrient rich and popular in alternative medicine. Sesame oil has the power to unblock arteries, provide cells with essential nourishment, lower cholesterol and store for a longer period of time than olive oil. Sesame oil is also high in linoleic acid, which makes your skin soft and youthful, but your body can’t produce it on its own.

Such a wonderful cooking oil does have a few minor downsides, however. Though it’s used in most Asian cuisine, most claim that it has a strong and sometimes bitter taste. Its heat resistance is not very impressive either, thus it burns easily. Aside from a few minor setbacks, sesame oil is considered one of the healthiest oils to cook with.

In an ending analysis, if you don’t mind the taste of sesame oil, it could benefit you much more than olive oil. Though this is true, as long as you purchase non-processed olive oil, it can be an exceptionally healthy choice as well.
