Whole green gram curry

Whole green gram is very healthy one for all ...
This curry is good for rice and chapatti.
Ingredients
Whole green gram 1/2 cup
Small onion/shallots few
Green chillies
Coriander seeds 1 spoon
Jeera 1 spoon
Tomato 1chopped
Turmeric powder
Garlic 5 pieces
Preparation
Wash the green gram dhal.
Add green gram, coriander seeds,jeera, garlic,onion,toamto, turmeric powder in pressure cooker.
Two cups water.
If u want curry will thick reduce half cup water.
Cook it for five whistles.

Then in a pan saute onion curry leaves, green chillies in oil.
Add the cooked dhal along with it..
Add salt..
Cook it till its boiled well...then mash it litely with stick.
It can be served for rice with a spoon of my ghee.
Its yummy..
Ghee is main for it..

Another one method
When saute onion can add Brinjal also.....
Other steps same as above.

If u can't smash, u can pulse it in mixer. For best results can mash with stick (மத்து).
