Yoga asanas for 'C' section or ciserian

Hi Mothers,

Can any one tell me what yoga asanas to be done after ciserian.It has been 6 months i got delivered.My tummy is still big and my back is aching a lot.Can any one tell me how to reduce the belly weight.

Hi Rekha,

It is always better and best to learn from a yoga master, to do the yoga exercises.

Please do not follow any exercise from the books or from youtube etc.

Each and every body will have different flexibility. Only the yoga master can find it and help us suitably.

Doing the exercises which are learnt from the books or from you tube, may result in disaster.

One simplest exercise, I could recommend you.

Place a wooden stool or any thing like that, which will be little higher than the floor. Lift one leg and place it the stool and then get down. similarly, you can do it with another leg. Initially, you can do it slowly, and then gradually increase the speed. But don't do it very fast.
