This is good article but we always remember that stress may be cause from small matter. If we think more and more about particular problem then it creates stress environment around you so always try to avoid unnecessary matter which is not relevant with you.Listen music,spent your time with friends and family members,keep you busy in your favourite task,take rest enough and start doing meditation and yoga.
